ADMISSION NOTICE

 

ST. JOSEPH’S HIGH SCHOOL, WADALA

 

ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-2025

1)   Admissions for the JRKG Section are closed. Do not seek appointment with the

      Principal.  At present there are no admissions in SR KG.

 

Admissions are open for Stds. I and V only.  For Std. I your child should be born

       between October 01, 2015 and December 31, 2016.  Limited seats are available.

 

3)  Application Forms will be available at the School RECEPTION COUNTER on

    March 31, 2022 and April 01, 2022 from 8am to 9am. on payment of Rs. 100.

 

4)   The forms, duly filled, will be collected on April 04 from 8am to 9am. only at the School RECEPTION COUNTER along with the documents mentioned below:

Documents to be attached (only photocopies):

1.  Birth Certificate

2.  Baptism Certificate (Catholics/Christians only)

3.  Original letter from Parish Priest/Pastor (Catholics/Christians only)

4.  Caste Certificate (in the name of your child, if applicable only)

5.  2nd Term Exam results (if available) /1st Term Exam results

6.  Ration Card/Address proof

7.  Transfer documents (if applicable)

8.  Last educational qualification certificate of both the parents.

9.  Latest photo of the student + Family photo (original)

10. In case of an alumni of this school, school leaving certificate

11. In case of a sibling in this school, bonafide certificate

 

5)   There will be Entrance Tests for students on April 12, 2022 at 11.00am for  Std I and for  Std V.  Your child should be present 15mins before the exam to complete the Covid Protocol. Please keep a record of your form number.

6)   The Form Numbers of those selected will be displayed April 27, 2022 after 4pm on the School Notice Board.  To confirm the admission, those selected will have to fill the Admission Form on May 02, 2022  between 9.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.  and, pay the stipulated part of the school fees.

7)   There will be an Orientation Meeting on June 11, 2022 at 9.15 a.m. in the School Hall for all New Admissions.  It is compulsory for both parents to attend.  At this meeting we will present the educational system practised in our school and also provide details concerning school timings, uniform, etc. Please do not bring your child along to this meeting as he may get restless.

8)    Applicants must ensure their availability on the dates mentioned above.
