• Residence proof: Electricity bill/ Aadhaar card/Ration Card/Voter ID for residential address proof.

• Aadhaar card of child

• School Leaving Certificate (in case the parent is an alumni of St. Joseph's, Wadala)

• Medical Certificate (only in case the applicant has any special medical needs/allergies)

• Baptism Certificate (for Christians only)

• Letter from the Parish Priest (for Christians only)

• Father’s ID proof (Aadhaar card / Driving Licence / Voter ID)

• Caste Certificate (If applicable)

• Educational Qualification certificates

• Mother’s ID proof (Aadhaar card / Driving Licence / Voter ID)

• Caste Certificate (If applicable)
