The programme began with a warm welcome for the guest speaker, Dr Angelin Jovita, Casualty Officer at KEM Hospital. Sir Atul introduced Dr Angelin as a compassionate individual whose journey into medicine was inspired by her mother, an educator.

Following the introduction, Dr Angelin was felicitated by Fr James Nigrel, the Rector, Fr Solomon Rapol, the Principal, and Augestin Selvaraj

Tr. Nivetha Silva (Class Teacher of Std. IVB) Presenting to you the first exclusive class assembly on the brand new LED screen by Std. IV B “Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.” On Tuesday, 5th August 2025, the students of Std. IV B presented their class assembly with great enthusiasm, based on the theme “Hope – The Small Gestures of Kindness.”

On the August 26, 2025, the Secondary Section of St Joseph’s High School observed Women’s Equality Day with much enthusiasm and purpose

The introduction of the Guest Speaker, Ms Daivata Patil, by the supervisor Mrs Nagaprabha Rao and was then warmly felicitated by the Principal, Fr Solomon Rapol.

The Principal, Fr Rapol, further enriched the session by sharing his personal experiences from schools in Lonavala and Nashik. He underlined that true progress in society can only be achieved when women are empowered alongside men.

St Joseph’s High School, Wadala, recently hosted a Guidance Seminar for the students of Std X, aimed at helping them navigate the crucial academic year ahead. The students were accompanied by their parents, and the event also welcomed selected students and teachers from five neighbouring schools. – NKES, SIES, Sitaram Prakash High School and Auxilium Convent High School.


The seminar concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Rev. Fr Solomon Rapol, Principal of the school, who appreciated the speakers and participants for making the event meaningful and enriching.

The Investiture Ceremony for the Secondary Section commenced at 11:30 a.m. in the school hall and concluded at 12:30 p.m. During the ceremony, the newly elected School Leaders and Class Leaders were invested with their responsibilities by Rev. Fr. Solomon Rapol, Principal, Rev. Fr. James Nigrel, Rector, and Supervisor Teacher Nagaprabha Rao. Class Monitors and Assistant Monitors received their ties from their respective class teachers as a symbol of their duties.
